California Senate Bill 1626 (CA ED Code 38001.5)
This three-day, 24 hour certified course is required for those employed by a California school district working 20 or more hours a week with duties involving safety and security.
This course includes the following topics:
Laws and Liability Search and Seizure Criminal Street Gangs
Disasters/ Emergencies Narcotics on Campus Dynamics of Student Behavior
Defensive Tactics Mandated Reporting Crimes Committed on Campus
Report Writing Safe Lock Down Methods Recognizing Dangerous Behavior
Violence Prevention Bullying Prevention Cultural Diversity
We travel across the state to provide this certified course to campus security employees. Our instructors will travel to your site and provide the three-day course at your district so your security staff remain available in the event of an emergency on campus.
The fee for this program is $3,995 for class sizes of 15-50 attendees.
